But we all have busy lives, and sometimes it’s just not possible to wait at home for that all-important delivery. And there’s nothing more disappointing than returning home to find the dreaded missed delivery card on your doormat.

If your chosen item isn’t stocked locally, you can purchase online for free delivery to a Eagle Jewellery store of your choice.
Your purchase(s) will be delivered to your store, normally in 1-3 days. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for collection.

Orders generally take 1 – 3 days to reach store. Please see the product pages for more accurate delivery estimates. Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that’s the case we will contact you by telephone or email and let you know.
You will receive notification when your order has arrived at your chosen showroom ready for collection. For eaglejewellery.com this will be by phone, eaglejewellery.com customers will be notified by email.
Firstly, we must let you know no other persons are authorised to collect your order. We’re sorry if this inconveniences you in any way but it is a security safeguard for you and every customer.
- A copy of your order acknowledgement email
- The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made)
- Photo ID – Either a current passport, driving licence or a UK National ID card
Click & Collect is unavailable at airports or the Channel Islands. Orders paid using Paypal or Interest Free Credit are also excluded from this service.
